You will always get a senior Chartered Surveyor or Experienced Consultant dealing with your property from start to finish, because we dont employ graduates.  Whilst you might meet the Partner or Director of a larger firm to secure the instruction, it may be quickly passed on to the graduate or office junior to grind it through the mill. Because of the volumes some of our bigger competitors deal with, they use website programmes to automatically forward details which cause their applicants to "switch off" - Pub Innsite is different and all our progressed transactions are because we talk directly to every applicant and follow up marketing with telephone calls where ever possible.

Your business will be important to us as we are a niche, low volume, high quality operation.  With regard to pub disposals, do not be flattered by salesmen looking for upfront fees on highly punitive contracts, their only consideration is cash in now and you will join the ranks of hundreds of over priced properties which languish on their books and can not be withdrawn without high penalties.  As we are only paid when a pub sale is achieved, we can be honest in our value estimate. Our clients value our honesty and integrity. We are too small not to care and can not carry pubs that are "flying a kite". Ask yourself how much is a £10 note worth? If time is spent advertising it for £11 we will be wasting our time. If it is advertised for £10 we will struggle to create interest. If it is offered for £9, there will be considerable interest, and supply and demand should mean that the value acheived is as close to £10 as the market will allow.....to create interest in todays market, we will need to quote tomorrows price in a falling market and yesterdays in a rising market.
