Bar Sport is now rolling out a franchise opportunity. The concept is based on a place where sport, food and drink mix perfectly. Pub Innsite have been retained by Bar Sport to source suitable sites on a freehold or free of tie leasehold basis. The following criteria are likely to apply
- Prominent Positions in large towns or cities with populations of 30,000 or more
- High Street or good secondary locations close to or on the “circuit”
- Market Rents Paid but Deal led.
- Free of Tie Leaseholds or potentially freeholds
- Minimum Square footage of 3,500 on ground floor
- MUST BE ALREADY FITTED OUT – IE former pubs & Clubs but will consider minor refurb works or take capital contributions
- Bar Sport prefer landlords that use the code.
The Cannock site is the model the franchise is based on. We now have Merry Hill completed; Loughborough completed; Ipswich Completed; Maidenhead Exchanged; 2 further sites under offer – Bar Sport has now signed on Franchisees for: M25; London; Essex; Worcester/ Birmingham; Crawley/ Brighton area.
