Pub Innsite Ltd was formed in 2007 by Chris Whirledge, a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years’ post qualification experience in the licensed leisure sector.

Chris has worked as an Estate and Acquisition Manager for Marston’s, Greene King, and Spirit Group, as well as working as a graduate surveyor in private practice. He left Marston’s on very good terms, to use his specialist skills in the Pub Market.
